Stallion Consultants (SCL) is a vibrant multi-disciplinary consultancy firm with its main office located  in Kampala, Uganda. A limited company by shares SCL is registered with the Registrar of Companies Government of Uganda. The Directors and consulting staff have extensive experience spanning over ten years in consultancy work. SCL specializes in  the areas of ;

We are keen to maintain a professional environment through our highly qualified team with adequate qualifications, rich experiences and a proven history of success in conducting Project evaluations, Organizational Development (OD) and Capacity building services, Team building, Leadership development and Change Management. We provide technical services to a wide range of clients including Local Level Government/Departments, NGOs/INGOs, and Private Sector and UN agencies. Stallion Development consultants applies specialist knowledge and experience to address some of the complex development challenges facing communities in Africa.

Partnerships and collaboration.

For effective delivery of its mandate, SCL underscores the importance of strategic partnerships and collaborations, not only with individual resource persons but also with public and private institutions for capacity building. Being inter-disciplinary, SCL is linked and collaborates with Makerere University particularly, with the Institute of Social Research (MISR), Institute of Public Health (IPH), Child Health and Development Centre (CHDC), Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (ISAE), Department of Social Work and Social Administration (SWSA) Department of Sociology and The Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC) and Department of Gender and Women studies.

Resources:

In addition to having a pool of multi-disciplinary and experienced human resources, SCL has adequate office and training space, which are critical for training, data processing and report production. Hence, the company boasts of sufficient data processing equipment, which include; desktops and printers and several laptops. In the face of the huge amounts of work undertaken and in pursuit of principles of Transparency, Accountability, SCL has manpower required to handle and process large amounts of money received to implement the various consultancy job activities.
